About Miriam:

  • Career: Miriam has 31 years of manufacturing experience and is currently a Continuous Improvement Manager at Olympus IMS for three years.
  • What inspires Miriam: Inspiring and challenging others to find what they are good at and what they love to do.
  • Fun fact: She swam in the Arctic Ocean (off the north coast of Alaska)
  • Accomplishment: She has helped several companies transition from prototype to pilot production to serial production.

Miriam was suggested as a #WiMspiration by Susan Lenzi, Director, 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customer Ecosystem, at Dassault Systèmes.

"Miriam is one of the inaugural members of the WiM Massachusetts' chapter. In 2019, after meeting Angela Regan at a LEAN Conference, Miriam quickly jumped in and volunteered to join the WiM MA board. Soon after, she collaborated with the president of Olympus to host a WiM MA breakfast meeting plus a fabulous plant tour in Waltham MA"
