Professional Bio

With over 25 years of Aerospace and Defense industry experience, Deb Willems is currently the Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Associate Director for Engineered Polymer Products with Collins Aerospace. In this role, she is responsible for AS9100 compliance, ISO9100 quality management system, Program and Product Quality, Supplier Quality, and the continuous improvement (CORE operating system) departments. The Collins Aerospace Jacksonville facility manufactures urethane, rubber, and composite components in support of US Navy submarine and surface ships.
Prior to joining Collins, Deb was the Operations Manager at Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) 3D and SiPIN wafer manufacturing, responsible for the daily operations of planning and scheduling of factory resources to achieve customer commitments. At RVS Debs roles include site mission assurance manager, supplier quality engineer, and manufacturing engineering. Prior military service includes UH60 Blackhawk mechanic and Flight Operations NCO.
