WiM Corporate members receive complimentary postings to our WiMWorks job board, gaining exposure to thousands of jobseekers. Additionally, depending on membership tier, some corporate members can also access WiMWorks' resume bank, enabling their recruitment teams and hiring managers to proactively identify quality candidates.
To utilize your company's WiMWorks job board postings, you will need to create a WiMWorks account, as well as your company's WiMWorks code (which would have been provided during your company's WiM onboarding.) |

WiM Education Foundation's Virtual Career Fairs provide opportunities for employers to connect one-on-one with job seekers from across the country in a convenient virtual platform. WiM Corporate member companies can exhibit and recruit at these events at discounted rates. Included with registration is a customizable virtual booth to highlight company culture, location, and workplace benefits with the use of tools such as organizational videos and live broadcast opportunities. How it Works: After registering your organization to participate, you will be given access to create and customize your own booth, complete with your logo, images, videos and other information to make your organization stand out. During the live chat, your representatives will connect 1-on-1 with attendees to meet them, answer their questions and determine how to move forward. The Women in Production program is designed to support the professional development of production floor employees. Employees in production settings often have tremendous insight into the culture, products and processes that manufacturing companies need to understand in order to innovate. By developing these women into leaders, we can improve the industry overall and inspire other women to explore careers in manufacturing. Participants learn at their own pace through online coursework that is available 24/7. The program includes a CliftonStrengths skills assessment, one-on-one coaching with a certified coach, and monthly peer networking. |
|
The Management Development Program provides new and aspiring supervisors, managers, and team leaders, who have less than three years years of management experience, with training to develop skills that are necessary for managerial success. The program is a series of interactive, live, virtual workshops and includes a DiSC assessment and facilitated workshop and peer networking as participants make the transition from individual contributor to team leader. |
