About the Hall of Fame

The Women in Manufacturing (WiM) Hall of Fame highlights the achievements of trailblazing women in the manufacturing industry. Through this recognition, WiM acknowledges the significant contributions made by Hall of Fame inductees and showcases their success and impact on women in the industry. This prestigious award showcases inductees' remarkable careers, leadership and dedication that have paved the way for future generations of women in the manufacturing industry.

Criteria for WiM Hall of Fame Inductees:

  • More than 20 years of manufacturing industry experience with a portion of that being in an executive or leadership role
  • Demonstrated advocacy of women’s advancement within their company, industry and/or community
  • Has been a spokesperson for manufacturing and the opportunities available for women in the industry
  • Displayed history of participation in activities that inspire future women in manufacturing through one or more of the following opportunities: mentoring, panel participation, speaking engagements and/or participation in women’s organizations

Since its inception in 2020, 57 trailblazing women in manufacturing have been inducted into the Hall of Fame

Nomination Selection Process

WiM will be accepting nominations for the 2025 Hall of Fame beginning on December 15, 2024, and nominations will remain open through 11:59 p.m. on June 1, 2025. Once nominations close, each submission is closely evaluated by a selection panel of industry leaders and members of the WiM National Board of Directors Executive Committee. Inductees as well as their nominators will be notified by July 1, 2025 following the selection process. Read further on the selection process and information needed for completion here.

*Please note: One candidate per company will be selected. With this in mind, we strongly recommend that each company arrives at one nomination for submission.
