I enjoy developing long term relationships with business owners, c-suite executives and leadership teams to help solve complex problems, support organizational cultures to proactively improve outcomes and support identifited business objectives. I believe empowered employees will engage creatively to diversify and grow operations. My role is to continuously assess evolving risk, remove potential root causes and develop proactive sustainable strategies which prevent injury, lost productivity and potential business disruption. As a result of my proactive client centered process to remove potential threats and reduce cost of risk teams may confidently focus attention on growth initiatives.
