The panel discussion is being held on International Stress & Awareness Day. Women leaders from a variety of backgrounds will share their experiences navigating the unique stressors of working in manufacturing and how they have navigated and thrived.
Physical & mental stress reduction demonstrations will also be provided by a corporate wellness transformation coach with training in mental health & cognitive behavior therapy.
