Join WiM Missouri for our Launching WiM at Your Manufacturing Company event. Purina launched WiM at all 23 (and growing!) of its manufacturing facilities in 2023. During that time, there has been a lot of learning and growth. Hear from the Purina team about how they formed a strategy to deploy WiM at multiple factories across 24 hours as well as from the factories themselves on how they foster the magic of WiM at their locations.
At a minimum, you will leave this session with some practical next steps on getting WiM started at your company. Optimally, you’ll be inspired to take best practices from the team at Purina and adapt them to work for your unique culture at your locations.
