As we celebrate Women's History Month, it's an important time to reflect on the contributions of women in business and their impact on society. Entrepreneurship is a powerful tool for women to achieve financial independence and make a positive impact in their communities. Whether starting a small business from scratch or taking on leadership roles within established companies, women have the potential to drive growth, create jobs, and inspire others to do the same.
Join the WiM Northern New England Chapter to hear from a panel of resources that can help you grow your business through contracts, capital, and connections. By offering support and resources, we can help create awareness and opportunity to help women start, grow and thrive in the business world.
Women-owned manufacturing businesses and those supporting businesses that keep manufacturing going are vital to the NH small business community. Come and learn about the programs available through the Small Business Administration (SBA) and their resource and lending partners as well as the certification programs offered through the SBA, NH Department of Transportation’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program and the Center for Women and Enterprise’s Women Business Enterprise National Certification (WBENC). These government and private women certification programs can help open doors to new opportunities and networks.
