How often have you driven by or seen the Amazon Spheres and wondered what’s inside and how they were built? Well, this is your chance to have those questions answered! Join the WiM Washington Chapter for our trifecta event of private tours in small groups at the Spheres, an exclusive networking opportunity at Amazon HQ and our Information Technology Manufacturing Fundamentals Workshop. Our workshop will consist of Industry experts sharing their stories about how they got into IT, what a day in the life looks like for them, and technology best practices that they are using.
TOURS: There is limited space for our private, guided tours so pick the time that works best for you. Each tour group will consist of 2 Amazonians and 12 WiM Attendees.
- Tour 1: 2:00 – 2:30pm
- Tour 2: 2:30 – 3:15pm
- Tour 3: 3:00 – 3:45pm
Once you are finished with your tour, you can join us for an exclusive networking social at the Van Vorst building where food and drinks will be provided starting at 2pm. If you are not attending the tours, you may still join us anytime during the networking session.
WORKSHOP will begin at 4pm and conclude at 5pm.
Please Note: Registration will only be open to manufacturing registrants, until one week before the event. This event is open to service providers, however we are committed to maintaining a manufacturer to service provider ratio of 3-1. Service providers may be placed on a waitlist and will be able to register after April 14, 2023.
