Management Development Program
The Management Development Program (MDP) is comprised two weeks of virtual sessions. The sessions run 90 minutes and are scheduled from 11:00am - 12:30pm ET Monday-Friday.

The Management Development Program (MDP) provides new and aspiring supervisors, managers and team leaders, who have three or less years of experience, with training to develop skills that are necessary for managerial success. The MDP is an interactive series of virtual workshops designed to help you grow your business and leadership acumen to prepare you for success in your current and future roles. Early-bird rates end on December 1, 2022.
