Andrea Splain

I have been in the banking industry for 16 years, starting as a teller and working my way up one position at a time into my current role as Commercial C&I Banker. I am only 1 of 2 women in this role within my organization, which has driven me to connect with other successful women to help them make an impact on their business and the communities they serve. I have helped to create a Women In Business focus group for S&T Bank in Central PA to keep connecting more and more women as I strive to make women owned and operated businesses my priority.
