Her consulting experience includes strategic planning, business model transformation, supply chain optimization, operational efficiency, technology driven change, ERP, AI solutions both analytics and cognitive systems.
Lisa writes a Forbes column on trends in manufacturing and is often a featured speaker at industry forums on topics including product innovation, digital transformation and supply chain resiliency.
Lisa continues her commitment to the manufacturing industry as an Advisory Board Member for the Manufacturing Institute. She is leading research and has taught a Master Class with MI on the Manufacturing Workforce of the Future.
