Rebecca Wareing

Rebecca started her professional career in the US Army where she attained the rank of Sergeant and serving in Germany, Bosnia, and Korea. When she left the military she joined a government contractor and became a Program Manager supporting recruiting efforts for a major defense manufacturer.
She later joined a boutique recruiting firm where she spent 8 years, going from Rookie of the Year to Operations Manager before she joined a major global executive recruiting firm where she spent over 8+ years supporting clients in aerospace, defense and industrial manufacturing. She left to form Minerva Enterprises in 2024 so should could spend more time helping smaller companies find the talent they need to thrive.
