Tony Parisi

Tony is a managing director at the investment bank Strategic Exit Advisors, where the firm’s mission is to help entrepreneurs close the biggest deals of their lives. SEA has a keen focus on the emotional aspects of selling founder and family-led businesses, along with a proven process to engage strategic buyers.

Tony has over 25 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, business development and operations as an investment banker, CFO, lender and investor.

Tony operates in a variety of industries, including technology, software, energy, cable and telecom, water and construction services, as well as manufacturing and distribution. He has served as CFO of a high-growth technology company, CFO of a commercial solar company and treasurer of a $500 million environmental and construction services company. He also has significant project finance experience in energy, telecom and real estate.

Tony graduated from Brown University with concentrations in Economics and History. He resides in Berwyn, Pennsylvania with his wife, Michelle, who is a sales coach and Tony’s golf partner, and three children, Lyndsay, Tommy and Sophia. Tony coaches the girls ice hockey team at his old high school and is an avid platform tennis player.
