Wendy Lakatosh

I’m a CPA with more than two decades of experience serving the accounting and auditing needs of commercial clients in the manufacturing and distribution industry. I also specialize in employee benefit plan audits for clients across a wide range of industries. As Partner in the Audit Services Group at RKL LLP, I’m responsible for driving firm growth, leading client engagement teams, coordinating and reviewing assurance services and consulting on complex accounting and reporting matters. I’m also passionate about mentorship and professional development, so much so that I co-developed the RKL York Women’s Mentorship Group in 2014, leading to greater openness, honesty and communication among female colleagues and a growing culture of support firm wide.
