Ashley Heard

Ashley Heard is a dedicated Workplace Strategies Consultant at HTI, specializing in labor stabilization and organizational development within the manufacturing sector. With a strong commitment to helping organizations thrive, she leverages her expertise to enhance employee engagement, drive high retention, and create strategies that foster long-term organizational success.

In addition to her work at HTI, Ashley is the founder of Ashley Lauren Design, an event planning company that brings creativity and precision to designing memorable experiences. Through this venture, she combines her passion for organization, design, and seamless execution to craft events that leave a lasting impact.

Ashley is also actively involved in community leadership. She was a member of Leadership Anderson Class 49 and is an active member of the board of regents for Leadership Anderson. Through this initiative she collaborates with fellow leaders on each years Leadership Class to drive positive change within the community.

A graduate of Clemson University, Ashley continues to make significant contributions both professionally and personally, fostering environments where organizations and individuals can excel.
