Bethany Dolak

Currently working as a Salesforce Business Consultant, my role enables me to get to know aspects of our business I would never be involved with otherwise. It has also given me the opportunity to become proficient in Salesforce, which I believe to be a valuable skill set, and to pass on my knowledge to others within our organization. I am also actively involved in our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) here at DN, including Women@DN and WiM@DN.

I have a passion for continuous learning and growth, and I believe something can be gained from any job or life situation. Some of my greatest life skills have come from my time in the service industry, and many of my professional skills are a result of colleagues and management who are also great teachers.

Both personally and professionally, I strive to be a good “student” and a good “teacher.”
