Legal Operations Manager & Privacy Lead at AFL, a leading fiber optics manufacturer and solutions provider headquartered in South Carolina. Claire oversees Legal, Privacy, Ethics, and Compliance Operations for AFL’s global organization. She designed AFL’s compliance dashboard and interactive Code of Conduct, creates and procures training content, and develops innovative strategies to enhance AFL’s legal operations and compliance programs.

As a Privacy subject matter expert, Claire monitors global privacy regulations to develop policies and procedures that operationalize evolving data privacy responsibilities for a B2B company. Claire is a Certified Information Privacy Professional.

Claire co-founded and coordinates AFL’s women’s employee resource group, “We Connect,” which offers networking, personal development, and community-building opportunities for AFL’s women employees.

Before joining AFL, Claire worked as a litigation paralegal in both large and small law firms across New Mexico, Arizona, Missouri, and South Carolina.
