Her personal and professional journey is truly inspiring. Her background growing up in Brownsville, Texas instilled in her the values of hard work, determination, and perseverance, which she demonstrated through her education and career.

With a degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Arizona State University, Griselda embarked on a remarkable career in Corporate America, where she honed her skills as an Operations and Continuous Improvement Executive.

Her expertise in generating substantial savings for companies, leading cross-cultural teams, and mentoring others speaks volumes about her abilities as a transformational leader. Griselda’s passion for empowering others led her to establish Excellence Coaching, a business focused on business and career coaching. Her dedication to helping people and businesses thrive is evident in her role as a coach, where she undoubtedly imparts her wealth of knowledge and experience to guide others towards success.
