Lisa Pianecki

As the Director of Sales and Membership, Lisa is responsible for managing the day-to-day sales for the Association and for developing and executing strategies to drive membership growth, retention and revenue generation. She also oversees the team that engages with all our local and statewide chapters across the United States. Lisa and the team work with chapters to fulfill WiM’s mission to support, promote and inspire women at the local level. Lisa also handles all ancillary advertising opportunities to benefit our members and secures all industry partnerships.

Lisa brings to WiM an extensive background in various advertising, sponsorship sales and marketing roles. She excels in creating, developing and growing relationships at all levels to benefit our individual and corporate members.

Although a native of Chicago, Lisa is a Clevelander in all ways. She loves Cleveland sports and enjoys cooking with her significant other, Tom. Their favorite pastime is spending time with their blended family and precious grandchildren.
