Professional Bio

Lori Goucher is a strategic advisor and coach with a highly successful career in manufacturing and a passion for helping people unlock their greatest potential. At BASF, she oversaw multibillion-dollar businesses and drove transformations that accelerated advancements in manufacturing engineering, procurement and people on a global scale.

Lori entered college thinking that engineering was a desk job requiring a lot of math and science. During her sophomore year, she took a co-op job at Westinghouse Electric. Working in a heavily male-dominated environment, she learned quickly how to lead with confidence and tact while collaborating closely with production teams to improve quality and prevent errors. By the end of the term, Lori had found her calling as a people-centered leader in manufacturing.

As a female executive, Lori knows first-hand what it takes to climb the corporate ladder while lifting others up along the way. Leveraging a wealth of expertise in manufacturing and engineering, she is an executive coach dedicated to promoting inclusion at all levels of a manufacturing organization. Through personalized coaching and mentorship, she works with people to help them discover their passion for the industry, set attainable goals, and develop the technical and interpersonal expertise needed to succeed at the highest levels.
