Meaghan Sweet

I'm a seasoned problem solver and Senior Manager of Program Management at Amazon. From my early days, I've been driven by a passion for tackling challenges and connecting diverse teams. Learning by doing, I've consistently taken on bigger roles, but always stayed close to the operation. My first job post-college graduation was working frontline in a fulfillment center, supporting a large team to help deliver success daily. Since then I have had roles in Operations Finance, Supply Chain, and Program Management within Central Operations. In my current role I am a Sr. Manager and support the strategy and organizational development for the North American Customer Fulfillment Supply Chain leading a team of program managers. My academic background is in Management Information Systems and Business Administration from the University of Arizona. Outside of the workplace I have a husband and a cherished family of three dogs all enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest in Seattle, Washington.
