Starting with 10 years of military experience as a way to build a solid foundation of learning; from the factory floor as a mechanic up through Enterprise building knowledge in Boeing processes and procedures in Production, Supply Chain, Tooling, BPS and LEAN.
Leading cross functional teams, championing for process gap closure, looked to for leadership in decision making for tooling/asset document and process improvements. Striving for consistent, repeatable and practical reporting and tracking of tooling, equipment and assets in all of Boeing.
Currently attending WGU for a BS in Supply Chain and Program Management set to graduate in 2027.
