Melissa Csongei is the Project Specialist at WiM with a deep-rooted passion for association management, events, and meeting planning. With 20 years of experience in orchestrating impactful meetings, events, and conferences, she excels at creating seamless experiences that bridge people and ideas.

In her role, Melissa spearheads WiM’s Executive Networking Group, oversees Board of Directors meetings and communications, manages speaking engagement logistics, and coordinates member task forces and board recruitment. Her expertise ensures that every event and interaction is meticulously planned and executed.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending quality time with her husband and friends, exploring new travel destinations, indulging in diverse culinary experiences, and binge-watching her favorite television shows and movies.
