M&A Transaction Services – A&D Sector Leader:
Natalie Cruz has more than 25 years of experience in the Deloitte audit and merger and acquisition practices. She leads the M&A Transaction Services practice for the Aerospace & Defense sector. Her subsector experience includes defense and commercial aerospace (OEMs, suppliers, and MRO), airline services, shipbuilding, UAVs, satellites, weaponry, anti-terrorism and national security, software, and government systems engineering and services, among others.
Natalie has extensive experience leading transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side. In addition to financial due diligence, Natalie has assisted strategic acquirers and private equity clients, such as Northrop Grumman, The Boeing Company, and The Blackstone Group, by performing a range of transaction services from the audit, preparation, and diligence of carve-out financial statements to the preparation of pro forma financial information, IPO/spin-off and purchase accounting consultation.
Natalie is a subject matter resource on revenue recognition and carve-out financial statements for this industry. She is a frequent speaker at aerospace and defense conferences and webcasts on industry topics including M&A trends, revenue recognition, and the application of International Financial Reporting Standards.
