Natalie Hall brings over 12 years of experience in manufacturing and has served as the Supplier Manager for the A320 Final Assembly Line at Airbus since 2019.
She leads the Women’s Interactive Network, with over 200 members, and has spearheaded a global project for the past 3 years to ensure that all suppliers supporting the aircraft’s build are compliant with industry standards.
Natalie earned her MBA in 2012 and recently obtained her PMP certification. Earlier this year, she took on the role of Events Director for Women in Manufacturing in the South Region, where she is dedicated to empowering women and fostering growth in the industry.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys fishing, crafting, and cheering on her three wonderful children in their various sports and activities. She is supported by her husband, whose unwavering encouragement keeps her motivated.
