- Chapters can use their funds to reimburse their leaders for travel expenses to this event.
- Chapters can also “sponsor” leaders from other chapters and provide reimbursement for travel expenses related to this event.
- Terms and details for reimbursement or “sponsorships” must be agreed upon locally between the chapter leadership teams involved prior to any related purchases or reservations being placed.
