Join us for the WiM International Women's Network meeting at Coventry, UK, proudly hosted and sponsored by PepsiCo! Centered around the theme "Energizing to be a Change Agent – Being Heard, Felt, and Empowered,"  participants will enjoy inspiring speakers, an insightful facility tour, and opportunities to connect with fellow female leaders in the global manufacturing industry. The day will conclude with a networking dinner, providing additional time to strengthen your connections and continue the conversation.

In this overview highlighting the state of women in manufacturing, you will learn more about the WiM's mission and its impact on women working in the manufacturing industry.

12:00 p.m. - Panel Discussion

Moderator: Jana Gessner, Global Vice President Environmental, Health & Safety, PepsiCo

Covering topics including, The reality of being seen as a "successful" woman, the female leadership dilemma of authenticity - how to remain authentic and be a strong leader. Are women really lifting each other up? - what does it take to be a true ally and the challenges women face within their careers.

1:45 p.m. - Factory Tour And Breakout Sessions

Explore PepsiCo's Coventry facility and witness firsthand how their commitment to diversity, quality and sustainability impact both its local community and manufacturing operations.
