Melissa MacGregor

Melissa MacGregor, Ed.D. is a director at JFF and a pracademic with a passion for the connection between education and employment. MacGregor is currently leading two bodies of work; one in equity-focused employer engagement and the other is a DOL funded Industry Intermediary Contract supporting registered apprenticeships in manufacturing and related fields. MacGregor is a subject matter expert in registered apprenticeship implementation processes and a field expert in outreach and employer engagement. MacGregor’s doctoral research focused on community college sponsored registered apprenticeship programs.
