The WiM Summer Leadership Conference (SLC) is an exclusive event for WiM's National Board of Directors and Corporate member company representatives. Participants discuss and determine solutions to common industry challenges, network and exchange ideas, and walk away with tangible next steps to improve their workforce attraction, engagement, and retention.
Who should attend the SLC?
Each Corporate member company is entitled to send two representatives at no cost to this exclusive event. Those who attend are typically individuals who hold mid-to-high level leadership roles within their organizations, and have a strong interest in enhancing women’s representation in the manufacturing workforce. If an organization would like to send more then two people, there is a small fee of $50 per additional registrant.
