As a professional woman, it is imperative to maintain a healthy work-life balance. In this webinar, participants will learn the steps to build resilience, establish self-care routines, and manage work-family related stress. Within this presentation we will discuss how a person's job satisfaction, performance, and connection impacts their work life. It is equally important to take a close look at how a person’s personal/family life can have a significant impact on their overall well-being. Participants will also learn how to face challenges with more clarity and focus, by setting realistic goals for their lives. Finally, participants will engage in meaningful dialogue regarding the results from their “Wheel of Life” Worksheet.

More About Dollnita Winston
Dollnita M. Winston attended Marshall University in Huntington WV and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling & Rehabilitation. She continued her education at Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA receiving a Master’s Degree in Social Work in 1984 from Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA. Dollnita has an extensive career and over 25 years of experience working with individuals and families. Dollnita is the Founder and CEO of Family Life Enhancement, LLC, which offers innovative family coaching & consulting services. The company is certified as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) through the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation's largest third party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women in the US. Family Life Enhancement is also certified through the Carolinas-Virginia Minority Supplier Diversity Council (CVSDC) as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). She is a Certified Parent Coach and a Parent Educator. Dollnita is also a Vendor with the Supreme Court of Virginia, certified to conduct Parent Education Seminars for individuals who are before the court due to child custody, visitation, or child support cases. Dollnita offers a wide range of coaching programs, whereby individuals learn evidence-based techniques and strategies equipping them with practical solutions for healthier family relationships. Dollnita is a conference speaker, presenting at a number of in-person, as well as virtual events, to include; seminars, workshops, and lunch & learns. Her topics have included; "Parent Like A Super Hero", "The Importance of Work/ Life Balance To The Entrepreneur", "Coaching Co-Parents Through Challenges, Chaos, and Conflict", "Self-Care and Stress Management", and "Meeting the Needs Through Family Educational Workshops". Dollnita's specialized areas include; Parent Coaching, Co-Parent Coaching, Women's Self Discovery Coaching, Marriage Coaching, and Grief & Trauma. In addition, Dollnita offers her coaching programs in a unique workshop format to Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), helping employees balance work and family life and improve their overall well-being. Dollnita is a Consultant and works with Churches and Faith-Based Organizations in the area of Grief and Trauma Intervention. Dollnita has been married for 37 years to Barry Winston they are the proud parents of 3 adult children.
