For employees involved in DOT HazMat and RCRA HazWaste Shipping, Receiving, and Handling; 24 Hours in Accordance with 49 CFR 172.704 and 40 CFR 262.17(a)(7).

To ensure a basic knowledge of DOT HazMat Regulations and be prepared for the workshop, participant may wish to complete 16 hours of online coursework prior to the start of the workshop.

This workshop is offered with U.S. DOT PHSMA HMIT grant support to the National Partnership for Environmental Technology Education (National PETE). Per the grant, government employees ARE eligible to participate in this program.
