What to Expect at the Women’s History Month Celebration for Women in Manufacturing
Join us for an afternoon of empowerment, connection, and celebration as we honor the incredible contributions of women in manufacturing. Hosted by Women in Manufacturing (WiM) Alabama Chapter and Rosie’s Tea Room, this event will blend inspiration, networking, and engaging activities in an elegant tea-room setting.

🫖 1:00 PM – Welcome & Networking

Attendees will be greeted with a warm welcome and an opportunity to mingle with fellow women in manufacturing.
💡 1:30 PM – Enjoy a selection of teas, pastries, and finger foods while making meaningful connections.

🎭 2:30 PM – Fun & Engaging Group Activity: Poetry and Legacy activity

A lighthearted and interactive activity inspired by Rosie the Riveter, symbolizing strength and perseverance in the workplace.

🔍 3:30 PM –Pictures and mingle

This beautiful place is full of Instagram worthy backdrops. Be sure to wear your best Tea Time attire with beautiful hats and head pieces to make your photos memorable.

We’ll wrap up the event by recognizing women making an impact in the industry and providing attendees with key takeaways to apply in their careers.
