Automation doesn't eliminate the human element or intelligence, and the process doesn't need to threaten the manufacturing workforce. In partnership with the American Welding Society, WiM Colorado is celebrating Women's History Month by educating, inspiring, and supporting women in manufacturing while breaking down the timely topic of Automation in Manufacturing.
During this mini conference, our expert panelists are uncovering the mystery of automation, how the implementation of automation constantly evolves, and how humans and robots can work together to create an adaptive manufacturing process.
The program includes the following topics:
- Introduction to Automation
- Why Add Automation to Your Business
- How To Add Automation to Your Business
Our expert presenters will also discuss how women's innovative ideas for the industry can increase productivity, help decrease labor shortages, and improve business diversity and inclusivity.
