Turning “Impossible” to “I’m Possible!”
Getting What You Want Out of Career and Life

We’ve all been there, faced with a transition in our career or lives that felt impossible to navigate. According to the Department of Labor, the average person changes careers between three and seven times over a lifetime. The Bureau of Labor Statistics found that people between the ages of 25 to 34 change jobs an average of 2.4 times during that period.
What do you do when you realize it’s time to make a change? How do you overcome the fear, the doubt, the uncertainty? How do you answer the question “what do I want to do when I “grow up?”
During this program, you’ll complete a Transformation Readiness self-assessment and discover how prepared you are to successfully navigate the next significant change in your career and life. Based on your assessment results, you’ll vote on which areas you would like to learn, and we’ll take a deep dive into the topics that are most relevant to you! You’ll walk away with improved self-awareness and some practical tools to help you turn the “Impossible” to “I’m Possible!” and get what you want out of your career and life.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the session, the participants will be able to:
- Summarize the eight key areas that support successful transformations
- Self-assess their readiness for transformation
- Begin working on improving their readiness in one or more of the key areas
