We all want to be heard, to be seen and have positive impact. The more communication skills we gain throughout our career and life, the more positive impact we can have. Even the most effective leaders are challenged with some aspects of communicating. The truth is that our communications do not always land as we intend in all situations or with all the people in our environments.

There is great benefit to communicating effectively, and there is great potential risk and cost when written or spoken words are not interpreted as intended. The bottom line is that not everyone speaks the same language when it comes to how they prefer to communicate, to learn and to retain information.

The goal of this interactive leadership development session is to demystify effective vs. ineffective communication. You will gain new tools to apply immediately so that you are heard, seen and have the impact you want with any individual, team, group, and organization.

In this workshop, you will:
• Learn and practice a new communication framework to be effective with any audience
• Apply your new skills to real work/life challenges
• Articulate the vision for your personal leadership impact
• Create a communication plan to impact at least one current challenging situation

Sossy will hold her interactive workshop for 90 minutes, and attendees can network after. We will be having passed hors d'oeuvres and 2 drink tickets per attendee.

About Sossy Flett

Sossy Flett is a global Executive Consultant with over 25 years of experience working with Fortune 1000 companies in North America, Africa, Australia, Europe, and Latin America. She is deeply passionate about Manufacturing and helping businesses grow through positive impact on their employees, customers and partners. She founded Thousands of Impact Consulting in 2018 to help leaders and companies transform their unique cultures and processes into their greatest points of differentiation.

She partners with her clients to transform their business by bringing together Employees, Processes and Customers to engage and maximize their business potential. Bridging the gap between the strategy created at the Leadership level and the implementation of the strategy throughout their organizations is one of her areas of expertise. She is dedicated to connecting Manufacturing Leaders to the Shop Floor and having processes consistently deliver for customers.

Sossy is a multicultural and multilingual executive and entrepreneur who is passionate about growth and helping others. She knows several languages and consults fluently in English and Spanish. She has an MBA from Duke University, and a BA in International Studies, Spanish, Sociology, and Mathematics. She lives outside Philadelphia with her husband and son. In addition to volunteering extensively and teaching aqua fitness classes at her local YMCA, Sossy loves hiking to find waterfalls and speaking Armenian with her son.
