Meet our Presenters:
Joanna Richards, founder and leadership coach at Shift 7 Leadership, partners with organizations and individuals to deliver goal-based programs focused on leadership transitions, team effectiveness, performance improvement and career development—including helping to improve resumes and LinkedIn profiles. With over 20 years of experience working with leaders, she specializes in leadership development coaching and communication training.
Wanda Wallace is a facilitator and coach at Shift 7 Leadership. She is an experienced team leader, mentor, and leadership instructor with over 20 years of experience managing teams in various industries, including packaging and paper distribution, facility management, ship repair and aircraft manufacturing. Additionally, she has held numerous local and national leadership roles within the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
Jenny Ridings is a recruiter and human resources business partner at BAE Systems, a large defense contractor with more than 100 sites in the US. She has been a recruiter for more than 17 years and uses LinkedIn to network her way to at least few hires every year.
