Lifting Up the Next Generation of Female Leaders

WiM Illinois is partnering with the Valley Industrial Association (ViA) for the Lifting Up the Next Generation of Female Leaders event on Friday, August 16! The industry luncheon will feature keynote speaker, Kim Beardsley, VP of Worldwide Parts Services at John Deere, a WiM Corporate member. Beardsley, a past keynote speaker at the 2018 WiM SUMMIT, will share on her journey and lead a panel discussion of real women who represent the changing faces of manufacturing and the industries that support it.

Kim Beardsley, VP of Worldwide Parts Services, John Deere

Kim is an active member of the Society of Women Engineers and a champion for the Women in Operations resource group. Kim is a founding member of the Women's Leadership Council for the Quad Cities United Way. Kim is an executive liaison for the University of Iowa. She also competes with her family in Cross-Fit competitions and is active in her church.
