Join WiM Illinois for our January Rosie Readers Virtual Book Club! To accommodate more members and encourage greater engagement, we’ve rescheduled this session to January 15th. This month, we’ll discuss OUTSMART DOUBT by Marita Decker—a data-driven analysis of confidence erosion for women at work, paired with breakthrough techniques for building sustainable career confidence.
The WiM IL Rosie Readers Book Club began during COVID as a way to connect around a common subject while many of our members were working from home. We continue this tradition by allowing attendees to share their thoughts about the book with other women in manufacturing. Whether you've read the book or not, this is a fun and casual atmosphere where everyone's welcome to join the discussion!
