This month we will be discussing The Measure by Nikki Erlick. The Measure is an ambitious, invigorating story about family, friendship, hope, and destiny that encourages us to live life to the fullest. This thought-provoking fictional piece, in many ways, runs synonymous with past, current (and future) issues regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion, which will surely lead to great group discussions.
The WiM IL Rosie Readers Book Club began during COVID as a way to connect around a common subject while many of our members were working from home. We continue this tradition by allowing attendees to share their thoughts about the book with other women in manufacturing. Whether you've read the book or not, this is a fun and casual atmosphere where everyone's welcome to join the discussion!
