When it comes to women in business and conflict management, there are several dynamics that need to be considered: differences that include gender, communication styles, negotiating styles, perception, and even emotional intelligence. However, the first area of exploration is understanding the various styles we use to manage conflict and determine your possible conflict management style.

We will evaluate and determine what your predominant conflict management style might be. After all, understanding our conflict management style can help us determine how to best resolve conflict effectively.
