In 2020, Susan Carlock founded Pivot Manufacturing to work with entrepreneurs in R&D and prototyping for manufacturability. With a focus on supporting other women in manufacturing, Carlock began working with Morgan Miller on the prototype for a medical device that could possibly disrupt the healthcare industry.
The two women have collaborated over the past few years on Miller's journey to make this device ready for the market and recently received notification of FDA approval, overcoming a major hurdle in launching this product publicly.
Join us for this lunch time virtual discussion to hear about Carlock's mission and vision to support other female entrepreneurs in manufacturing, Miller's journey with Carlock to get her device ready for the public, and advice for other women in the sector about creating success and supporting one another.
