Attendees of the Gibbs Die Casting WiM Tour will gain an in-depth understanding of the company's operations, history, and role in the manufacturing industry. The event will begin with introductions and a presentation about Gibbs Die Casting, followed by a guided plant tour showcasing the production process and Industry 4.0 technology in action. After the tour, attendees will have the opportunity to network over lunch, participate in a Q&A session, and learn about upcoming Women in Manufacturing and Tri-State Women’s Network events.

- Must wear long sleeves.
- Closed-toe shoes are required, steel toe shoes are preferred. For those who do not wear steel toe shoes, toe caps will be provided.
- Safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided by the host company; however, if attendees have their own hearing and eye protection they prefer, they are more than welcome to bring it.
