Join WiM Massachusetts for a Saint-Gobain Plant Tour. Attendees will tour Saint-Gobain Performance Ceramics and Refractories' 22,000 square meter manufacturing facility in Worcester. This division of Saint-Gobain High Performance Materials recently received a Platinum rating from Eco Vadis, placing it in the top 1% of plants for sustainability results.
Saint-Gobain Ceramics, formerly known as Norton Company, has been producing ceramics in Worcester for over a century. This factory exemplifies a large job shop, serving over 750 active customers and producing more than 10,000 unique parts annually. With a goal to be carbon neutral by 2050, sustainability and environmentally friendly practices are top priorities, second only to safety.

- Safety Shoes are not required, but no open-toed shoes are allowed.
- Safety glasses, hearing protection, and high visibility vests will be provided on the plant tour.
- Participants will need to sign an NDA and Safety forms for the tour.
- All participants will check in with security on arrival.
- General parking is available 1000 feet from the plant.
