Join us in celebrating Women in Manufacturing at a breakfast prior to the Manufacturing Nebraska's Future event at Central Community College in Columbus!

Vivian Sanchez with Lincoln Premium Poultry and 2024 National Women Make award winner will talk about initiatives at LPP and how these initiatives led to her nomination for the award. These programs have shifted the mindset from focusing solely on production numbers and headcount to also incorporating and valuing the overall well-being of their employees, which is crucial for breaking down generational cycles in the workplace.

Also presenting will be female students in the Mechatronics course offered at CCC. These students will outline what helped them become interested in Mechatronics at a young age.
