Meet Our Speaker

Crista Peshoff

Senior Manager, People Experience iDesign

Crista Peshoff is the Senior Manager, People Experience at iDesign, a global leader in consumer goods products, located in Solon, Ohio. She has been in the Human Resources space for 10+ years; 6 years and counting at iDesign and previously 6 years with Apple Growth Partners. Crista graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Hospitality Management, with the original plan of working in club management. In 2011, she quickly found her passion in Human Resources after seeking a career change.

During her time at Apple Growth Partners, she was a Greater Akron Chamber 2017 30 For the Future Award Recipient, served on the Board of Directors for Torchbearers, as well at The University of Akron Institute for Leadership Advancement and is a graduate of the Women’s Network Community Leadership Institute.

Since joining iDesign, Crista’s focus has been talent acquisition, retention, people experience, training and development. During her time at iDesign, she had hired over 700 employees, is a member of the Culture Steering Committee, and has made a huge impact on employee engagement through her leadership and involvement in the Intern Program, Mentoring Program, High 5ers (onboarding program), Leadership Series Training, and WomenLEAD.

Crista's recent speaking engagements include Cleveland's 2023 Disrupt HR and the 2024 Northeast Ohio HR Conference. (NOHRC). Currently she is the Lead for the Solon Chamber HR Roundtable Program. Crista is best described as an energetic professional rebel, lifelong learner, maximalist, and wannabe cycle superstar!
