Manufacturing is more dependent on technology than ever before, but this reliance comes with serious risks that many businesses are unprepared to face. Technology in manufacturing can be divided into three critical categories: Operations (e.g., sales systems, accounting platforms, machinery control), Security (e.g., physical cameras, firewalls, role-based access controls, backups), and Marketing (e.g., websites, intellectual property, public relations). These systems are deeply connected, sometimes in ways that aren’t immediately obvious.

For example, a single compromised identity or misconfigured license in your operational technology can cascade into a security breach or cripple your marketing infrastructure. Cybercriminals know this—and they're exploiting it. The consequences? Production downtime, intellectual property theft, reputation destruction, and millions in lost revenue.

In this session, we’ll uncover the hidden dependencies that make your business vulnerable, dissect the key points of failure in these three technology areas, and explore practical solutions to secure your operations before it’s too late. The question is no longer if your manufacturing business will be targeted but when—and whether you'll be ready to defend it.
