About Michelle L. Steck, CPA
Michelle has more than 15 years of experience and provides assurance and consulting services to closely held companies within the manufacturing, distribution, and transportation industries. She has experience assisting these companies regarding their U.S. and international reporting requirements, revenue recognition practices, inventory management, and a variety of other areas including due diligence, operational and process improvement consulting engagements.
Michelle leads the manufacturing services group in Ohio, Indiana, and western Pennsylvania.
About Leslie Boyd, CPA, MST
Leslie is the managing principal of tax for CLA. Leslie has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax services for multi-state and multinational C corporations, S corporations, and partnerships. She also has significant experience with tax provision preparation (ASC 740) and documentation of uncertain tax issues and positions (FIN 48). Leslie also has experience working with companies with tax structuring of M&A transactions.
Leslie has been a speaker on several tax technical topics, including teaching the firm's annual Tax Advisor Update, tax merger and acquisition topics, and tax credit and incentive areas.
