Meet Our Panelists

Kimberly Kirkendall is the President of International Resource Development, a consulting firm that helps companies improve their international operations. She has 3 decades of experience in manufacturing and international supply chain development. Kim began her career living and working in China for 5 years and now leverages that knowledge to help companies all over the world, as well as sharing that knowledge with students as an Adjunct Professor at Baldwin Wallace University. Kim enjoys travel and exploring new cultures - hoping to make a trip to the Taj Mahal this year and reschedule a canceled trip to Machu Picchu.

Anne Markle is the Vice President of Operations for the Americas Division of Giesecke & Devrient. A producer of ID, drivers license, and transit cards located in Twinsburg Ohio. Anne’s career has included roles in Manufacturing, Business Development, and Process Control across various industry sectors. She completed her degree from The George Washington University. Anne is passionate about sports (Go Browns!), her dogs and cooking.

Abigail Kelley has been with JACO Manufacturing in Berea, Ohio for 5 years, currently as the Sales & Marketing Manager. JACO is an ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 certified custom injection molder, and has its own line of compression tube fittings sold globally through distribution. A graduate of Cleveland State University with a degree in Business, Abigail also serves on the Women in Manufacturing Ohio Chapter Board as the Marketing and Communication Chair. In her free time she enjoys reading, podcasts, and spending time with family and friends.
