There are many forms of Workplace Violence, (such as: threats, assault, harassment, domestic violence, etc.) and the majority can be prevented through education and awareness. Domestic violence, one form of Workplace Violence, is a silent threat impacting organizations globally. When we are open to discussing violence in the workplace, including domestic violence, we not only prevent incidents, but offer hope and inspiration to victims and increase the likelihood that they will report concerns and receive the help they not only need but deserve. A company is better suited to protect their people and assets if they are open, aware and prepared.
*Please note: No details regarding specific incidents, graphics or depictions are included.
Attendees will be equipped with tools to educate and socialize the impact of Workplace and Domestic Violence within their organization.
